    Perhaps...

    Time will tell.

    All I know is the market has re-rated PLA. The trend has reversed. The share price is up and trading volumes are still at all time records!

    The macro and micro pictures for PLA are looking favorable.

    So in my mind it looks and feels like a true turnaround story.

    Patience is required. Especially after small (but healthy) set-backs.
