hard call - as we don not know all factors

by the time we get "positive cash flow" and the JV being 70 % (altogether at least 12 months if not longer away) things would have moved on and the same deal may no longer be on the table - be it that LI1 is in a stronger position or found another partner for the Li brine (very likely scenario looking at industry consolidation) ?

Sometimes one has to "pounce" even if the timing isn't quite perfect or the price "ideal"

But we armchair SH always know better it seems - and I should know because quite frequently I feel that way just to be proven right or wrong !

So let's stick with information as it is presented and I'd say there will be a couple of serious research reports out soon as well.
