Thanks for the kind words. I had wondered what had happened to you after the failed rights issue at 12 cents. Had feared the worst. Glad you were able to keep you head above water.

The company was brought to it's knees in Dec 2011 and it was a dark moment for the company, PGM Prices and the Global Economic Outlook.

I disagree with your statement 'Nothing has really changed...', as I do believe we have seen the initial proof of the turnaround at Smokey Hills and then there is the new industry development with Newco who is cashed up and looking for industry consolidation opportunities.

He's a couple of quotes from the latest article I've just read on the topic - and these to my mind highlights two angles for PLA:

"The IDC's equity funding is the catalyst that is required to implement the consolidation plan that has been developed by Pallinghurst over the last five years..."

CEO of Pallinghurst, Arne Frandsen said: "This consolidation has been almost five years in the making and represents an exciting development for all stakeholders. The IDC's equity investment will allow NewCo to remain debt-free with a strong balance sheet, thereby providing financial security to execute our unique growth opportunities. Our beneficiation partnership with the IDC has the potential to transform the PGM smelting industry and to provide third party juniors access to cost-efficient concentrate processing."

I have been expecting great things for PLA. And this latest development is a bonus.
