Personally dont think they had any trouble what so ever in raising the dollars.
Being to mostly all existing shareholders they were informed and agreed to take this up weeks before it was released to the market - normal practice.
the TSX rules and also getting compliance done is not easy for super funds in Canad who will be taking a further position in this im sure.
However i agree the results will be out soon.
