Was the pumped up license deal announced in 2007 with the real Nestle or Nestac SA?

I note the website address they provided in that original announcement was www.nestlenutrition.com and not www.nestle-nutrition.com or www.nestlenutrition-institute.org

I also note this deal termination with Nestec SA represents only one of two announcements made in the past two years from a company which one is to believe offers commercial research and consulting services to the world's leading nutrition, health and wellness company.

Fact: Nestec is a subsidiary of the world's leading nutrition, health and wellness company, Nestle, and I'm quite confident they would be producing more than one 'real' news item per year?
