I'd relax paps. These guys are quite good on the spin. I doubt they would have used the phrase "key transaction' if it was that transaction was falling apart. Does seem a bit strange to have a share halt for something that's expected but probably some technical reason for that. Wondered possibly about being buying land to extend Fererra but that acquisition not announced yet I don't think. So that would n't be called settlement. Don't think they'd call Vanmag "key" although would be important cash. BEE2 is key to bank facilities, mashalla closure and cash for development. So, boring conclusion is the right one I think.
