IMO there are several outcomes:

1: a capital raising for sophisticated investors, the people in the know

2: a capital raising for both sophisticated investors and current shareholders

3: a capital raising for sophisticated investors and an extension of expirey date current options

IMO an average of 8 to 10 days was taken which will likely be a 4.7 (around figures) for cr.

I'm happy the enviable has finally come into fruition. We need the cash moving forward. I won't be a significant raising IMO just enough. I honestly believe also they know a spp probably won't work for shareholders as they know our sentiment at this point in time.

I also believe our major cornerstone investor has something to do with this and discussions have been going on with farmin partners (potential partners)

May well be a surprise or two on thursday also :-))

All good and part of the game, I to agree with your statement the Managment of today are nothing like the Managment of yesterday. Chalk and cheese.
