Say the average loss per person was $0.65 cents per share..

This is $39 million...

But they will probably settle at around half of this so say..$20 million is lost...But if you take the figure of only 8% cases being successful, the liability is like $3 million...

The company is still good value with its massive pile of cash and bauxite tenements...AUD crashing, Coalition to be in Government, Carbon tax thrown out...
