panic or manipulation

I see a sale posted for 5 Million shares at 1.5c has someone paniced or is it a ploy to drive the SP down.
This can't be a good sign if I was to sell my parcel I wouldn't show my hand in that way.
It may have worked on me as I was planning to sell 50% of my holding at the end of the month if funding doesn't come along, may go earlier now.
