Cant believe my luck seeing BTR under $1.40, does anyone think that this is due to the recent lease renewal talk??? On paper BTR shouldnt be trading down at this level and looks very oversold which has been on very light volume. Im buying back my trading parcel today and feel very lucky to be given the chance which i never thought would come at this level.
