i not nhc eitand nathan mitchell seem to be committed but a quick peruse of the prospectus ,esp on pages 8 and 37 to 40 and i am not a lot wiser!

i note your comment hendrous re $1.00 and i just wondered why he wouldnt move heaven and earth to get them at 25c!! of course there is the possibility he will still take them up/and or he cant stretch any further!!
