A little minority russian shareholder has halted proceedings - LOL

I am starting to think like fowler23 with a tactic to pull out. Waiting until the last minute, literally, to make this ann. What's $5m to a massive company?

MMK are looking at growing their steel products by massive double digit returns by 2013 and even higher by 2017.

Quick research on MMK site and we can see the share structure:

Mintha Holding Limited* 45%
Fulnek Enterprises Limited* 41%
The Bank of New York International Nominees** 9.7%
Other 4.3%
Total 100%
* — The company's beneficiary is V.F.Rashnikov, Chairman of the OJSC MMK Board of Directors.
** — Beneficiaries are owners of global depositary receipts listed on the London Stock Exchange.

So we can assume this person is within the other total, maybe not, but more than likely.

Will research more on MMK and Elena Egorova when I have some time.

Thinking like others here that if a T/O bid hasn't come till now, then it won't come by the end of April.
