Actually since the first well is flowing better than expectected by around 25% I wonder if that would push the EUR of the horizontal up by the same amount?

That would give about 90 BOPD plus gas on average for the 10 year well life.

So that would mean 5.5 horizontal wells to reach 500 BOPD annualized production. So that includes all decline rates.

Then you add the gas production on top of that.

In Richard Cottee's letter it stated 500 BOPD not BOEPD so I assume he's not including gas production.

And of course, the wells will flow much more in the first 3 year than they will after the 4th year. So this first horizontal will technically be flowing at about 300 BOPD as it declines which means 2 horizontals and we've hit the target. But I don't think that's what he means by "annualized". I think he means consistant 500 BOPD which would mean 5.5 horizontals excluding the extra gas.
