longie - I fail to see how this can possibly be a good thing for shareholders. It looks like it will be a cosy offering to friends, family and institutions close to BBY.
If it was genuine then it could have been offered to existing shareholders - say a 1 for 7 at 78c, or whatever.

For the rest of us, we just get diluted (whilst the 'buddies' get shares 10% cheaper than market price).

I remain unconvinced that the money is needed short-term for the projects mentioned and only hope that WHC will offer us a way out (very) shortly.
