GC, your post Is correct, the partners buy equity in the company. That would have to be on market or brokered off market. But recent video clearly said no more cap raisings.
I have not seen it for a while, but remember some deals like this years ago where share were bought on market. The agreement was do the drug and take a 10% stake.
