    Read between the lines .... the institutions have been given 3 shares for 17c (I suspect the share price will reach the exercise price of the option (12.5c) TODAY! ... so they will be in the money)..... so! 5.6c/share and a dilution to existing shareholders of nearly 15%

    While I am not happy with the composition of the Board as proposed by the 'rebels' ... the current Board has done much damage to existing shareholders ... the very ones they are meant to represent.

    They MUST go!
