Dont mean to be a pain ITA, but while it is true we will should get better earnings from the Qunitile deal, because it is a "true partnership" , we still have no idea of its terms, such as what share of the partnerhip does TIS have? are all expenses shared in accordance with partnership interests? What expenses can Quintiles charge?
