I posted this earlier today,
I went through the doc. and it states that " a unit is defined as 100 adr's" and than it says "proposed max aggregate price per unit is $5". So do the math's it equals 50 cents per share, this is bnym max purchase price and 5 dollar figure is total for a lot of 100 shares. This paperwork is not related at all to the nasdaq listing price, that will come later closer to the listing date.
This is the way I see it but I stand to be corrected.
