Rameez, while a agree with most of your comments I do question the use of a PR firm rather than good strategic corporate adviser whoses job it is - attract local and international fund managers/instos/corprates to the register, organise various financing options, ensure management are promoting the PEK story at ever important conference (eg HK earlier this month) etc etc.
Really don't know what a wordsmith can do for PEK?
PEK is okay now for cash and will rebound once the market sentiment bottoms in XMJ but it is frustrating to see a potentially golden goose get so badly neglected by the market because of a Board that takes "we know best" approach, when in fact even the most experienced boards seek strategic help so they can focus on the task ahead.
