I agree to a certain extent but in saying that i think the existing board can be coached/taught.
The big companies quite often send their directors off to school to further their knowledge/expertise in designated fields. PEK can do that also. Specialist consultants are always employed in any business because none of us have 100% of the skills required to be totally successfull.
