its all good, the Lib campaign mileage out of this is phenomenal. The slower FWA act / impede / do nothing, the more vilified any voter and it's preferred government can be to take an axe to FWA.
Labor can never again camaign on work place reform. Labors key value to the electorate is now worthless. Labor is dead.
