$2.3 trillion never went missing at all. $2.3trillion TURNOVER couldn't be traced due to outdated and incompatible computing systems/network between the Pentagon departments. Big difference between turnover and missing. You guys so successfully buy anything put in front of you. It also wasn't something that was just released, the media started reporting on it 18 mths before Sept 10, 2011.
