I think you are right Dargie. If they can pick of enough low hanging fruit to clear the debt (with the discount on the deferred) they would be happy.
Then a slower windown of the rest , with capital returns as the asset sales coming through over the next couple of years, bfore a final disposal of the rump.
This result may result in a higher return anyway as all the income (less mgt and listing fees) will be ours. Overtime would result in a higher return. The 40 to 45 sounds achievable. I dont think it would be great to sell of all the assets now considering some of the Euro loans values are well down over the last year.
