The part I really struggle with is why the refund will not be in my bank account tomorrow (and the share allocation in my CHESS account for that matter). Please don't insult our intelligence by pretending the company did not know what every single holder was entitled to the second the offer closed (and if it did not then it is certainly not a company that I am interested in holding).
If some persons or entities have broken the law by applying for multiple amounts in excess of the $15k to which they are entitled then ASIC and/or police should be informed. We should not all be punished for their unlawful acts.
