Jackpot, i love your positive attitude. i was like that once but CCC has worn me down!
Noone knows the current cash at bank situation and definitely we have not received $17.5m.
Cash situation could only be a few million in the bank or at least few million of 'usable' cash ..the rest would be earmarked for PEN or on deposit against existing debt facilities.
CCC has on a number occasions mentioned cash balance of $10m plus but why borrow from RRS if thats the case ? I dont buy their excuse about transferring funds across from SA..

I personally think that Sioc-cdt funds will come across in installments based on needs..PEN capex, Ferrier extension, general expenses etc etc.
They didnt want to give CCC (rather than CCL) the funds as they could be used for other purposes which are not in the best interest of sioc-cdt - like advancing non CCL assets.
