OK, I accept that there are reasons for the delays at Flinders Street WiFi that are beyond GCN's control.
But I don't see what any of this has to do with your belief in GCN's "competency in being able to set up a WiFi network in Mongolia."
As I understand things, GCN has zilch to do with the setting up of the Flinders Street WiFi. That's Netbay's work.
The original announcement about the enterprise (22 July 2011) limits GCN's role to securing advertisers and sponsors for Netbay's WiFi.
Is there somewhere else that GCN has set up a successful WiFi network?
