i think the SP was pumped a little prior to the placement and once allotted Hartleys will take profits mercilessly
i don't blame them it is a sure method of making 10-15% risk-free
IMO the SP will re-test the placement price and any good announcements will be met with big volume distributions from the instos
there will be money to be made here but the entry/exit timing will be critical in my personal view
