I'd hazard a guess that La Jolla is stilling exiting, perhaps a little more slowly since the share price dropped.

I wouldn't be surprised if they waited until there was enough demand at .024 and .025 to just dump everything they have and be done with it.

Maybe they bought the shares for .025?

I think the directors need to be more careful with handing out shares to people from now on.
