This one is very similar to Kab in the sense they are producing before spending years on defining a Jorc and stuff, Jorc will come from the proceeds of selling what you can easily dig out of the ground, rather than endless dilution for years to come.

Out for now as timing is important, and also after a cap raise, mid year is the crunch time for both. and I like very much to be in the game.

The main difference is that one finalized financing through a huge cap raise and one hasn't yet and looking for debt financing deal.
