Actually I have a serious idea on this. I saw Tony Shepard on Lateline Business last night. He is the newly elected head of The Australain Business Council I think its called. Im hoping he lives in Sydney, he has an interesting and impressive business CV and is on the board of the new AFL Sydney club, think he might be the CEO.
Anyway the guy is very progressive and passionate and speaks well. He is sadened by the ST thinking shown by both sides of politics on our economy and the current mining boom. He is all about innovation and getting Australia set for the future after the mining boom is over.I love the guys ideas from the bit I saw on Lateline, he might just be our man! (If Flipper and Skip are busy ofcoarse! Lol!)
If somehow you can get Lateline Business up on the computor or maybe they show reruns have a look. Good to see we still have some big thinkers out there. This guy would love Algae Tec.
I saw eslewhere in the media rising fuel prices are seen as being one of the biggest threads to the recovering economy internationally.
