Nice One - this is an essential read for all investors/potential reentrants and newbies!
It sounds very fishy and now that I am reading that MMK are still trying to get the loan then it looks very suspicious. The bigger problem now looks more like will MMK get the money, rather than will a small shareholder block things. The big picture is being missed here I think.
