Loki.... We don't necessarily agree with your comments about a direct line to NG.... Our intell is no better than anyone else's if they took the time to (like we did with some of our friends and their families too) visiting the MCO site at WP four times, none of which was by invitation - all impromptu, taking up several thousand kilometres and followed up whenever we could.

My husband (Q2) has found, like most others, NG is very approachable and a likeable bloke whom we trust.

In checking on our investment we also endeavour to share with smaller shareholders by passing what we do glean, or believe, onto others on HC posts.

"There is certainly no management or smoke and mirrors bias on our side of the fence.

Often, however we only partly divulge some of the questions we ask for instance for brevity and to dig deeper for answers answers, often to no avail,.

Our most recent concerns received answers from NG and CEO Mike Botting on the following of our emails:-

"It has been mentioned frequently that the Chinese and Russians are not concerned with the lowly faltering share price over time, PLEASE reassure us that (hopefully) you are not influenced by them.

"It has also been mentioned that maybe management considers that the company has enough of these "like minded long term investors holding the majority of shares" who can wait it out for a bonanza killing at the end, and does not necessarily need to liaise, encourage/reassure, or bother with smaller Mum & Dad .......loyal Australian shareholders.

"Perhaps then over time if the share price remains dismal, the smaller stakes of shares will bleed out into bigger more easy to manage Overseas pockets or to those with more intell, and patience than the smaller stakeholder majority.

"We are told of a $10 million loan but no details....so for a business in which we are part owners, we know absobloodylutely NOTHING of our indebtedness in future promise/payment/structure/interest or back door deals on "these apparently benevolent funds "?

"We have a right to know more, as in real life there is no possible way I would have any business (either part or fully owned) of mine (pun intended) run blindly on a format or formula like that.

"A response to any or part of the above would be most appreciated and inevitably would be posted on Hot Copper - possibly accompanying the above questions in their entirety..."

As Q1 says when signing off though:
