Well actually that is a fact re shipping ore to Kuantan - They are awaiting the official issue of TOL before shipping ore from WA as per the video on this previously posted link http://www.mobtv.my/current_affairs-1131.html

So first ore into the plant will be 4 weeks from the tol issue, which I presume will be after next's weeks court formality. Just a formality IMHO

I posted back on Feb 6 that I'd sold my LYC holding at $1.40ish expecting the shorters to win the short term battle.

Well they've semi won - driven the sp down to $1.05 on a down day and they have 9% of the issued capital to buy back before this whole anti-lynas debacle is shown to be the sham it is.

I can't see it going much lower with first production imminent, I've been progressively buying back in.
