I think the fact that they are out there sorting out funding and have given a date when they expect to ship coal has changed the way they are perceived in the market.
Because it's reasonably thinly traded buyers would be having a hard time creating a sizeable position...
I expect that once the funding is determined, CPL will be sizeably de-risked and the share price will settle around 220...
