Can be lots of reasons to sell, but there is only one reason to buy, and that is the expectation (or knowledge) that the SP will go up.
matchbox, quite right, I wasn't suggesting that mgt weren't getting free shares, just that they were put their own money in the pot, not just waiting for a gift. I would also note that management are buying into the CR which puts money in the AKK pot not just on market enriching someone selling.
