Re presumption of innocence of Thompson? As outrageous as it may seem, i believe that politicians should have the onus of proving their innocence. After all, they are elected under the premises of innocence.
This scenario is in stark contrast to your average joe, whom the state should prove their guilt as the they represent only themselves.
