If Abbott were PM of the minority government and one of his MPs did what Thompsom allegedly has done, would you be OK with the length of time and seeming cover ups we have witnessed?

I would think you would be scathing. I think you would be crying foul on behalf of the allegedly ripped off union members.

I seem to recall you going on about Mary Jo Fisher and yet her case was dealt with in a timely manner by the courts. No cover ups were apparent.

Yes, I think you would be absolutely scathing if Abbott as PM behaved in the same way as Gillard over many issues including this alleged corruption of union funds and the horrific debt levels.
