re: Ann: Shandong's Investment in AMI Sie... Looks like the next announcement will be the broker appointment and timing for the IPO and listing. Correct me if I am wrong, but thought they sacked the inital broker over 2 months ago, so surely they have appointed someone by now???
Timeline is roadshow later this month, Prospectus in May and all going well listing in June.
Still talking about $150M - $200M staying with the listed company. As I have said previously on this, cannot see how this will be anything other than a loan from CFE to the new marampa entity and hopefulyy at commercial rates.
"CFE will in the near term announce key broker appointments and timing for the IPO and listing of the Marampa Iron Ore Project on the AIM market in London.The marketing roadshow is expected to kick off later this month through the UK, Europe, US, North America, Asia and Australia. We expect the prospectus to be lodged in May and listing in June."
