    Thomson denies using the credit card for the disputed transactions so he is Innocent until proven otherwise.
    This now infers that someone else must be guilty of fraudulently using this credit card!

    On the statements that Thomson has made (media and FWA - hopefully they have statements), the HSU should advise the relevant Bank to reveres the charges - This is what anyone of us would do if it were our own money!

    The Bank can then investigate or forward to the Police if it is deemed necessary.
