J1 Mediation of the NTMA is very, very small in comparison with the M&D C Matter.imo
Most posters on here believe AGS have the "dirt" on H/Q with regard to illegal matter/s within the J/V Agreement.
How can there be Mediation with the M&D C then?.
On AGS's part why would you accept anything less than the return of the asset.Is Mediation going to do that?
Lets say through mediation,then, Q/H offered AGS 50%. What would that tell you?(work it out)!
On H/Q side they have the 75% and will look for the one loophole that weakens AGS's claim. Is there something there that from AGS's poor management in the beginning,that allows that? I've pointed out some ineptitude on AGS's Management's part, from the beginnings of all this.
As you post no-one knows what the other Party is contemplating and no-one knows what Q/H have in defence. All they need is that "one loophole" and I believe they will exhaust all avenues looking for it!imo
The other talking point, is the Buyout. imo The BBros will endeavour to beat it in the Courts before a buyout. Tens of millions of dollars in Court costs means nothing to them, as is shown with previous Court battles they've had. Some say A Time Factor is involved! Hasn't so far.imo
The buyout of the entire asset is last on the list regardless. imo
imo AGS are going to have to win this through the Courts.
It would be a miracle if this was all over with the acceptance of the ML (extension to 27th April), unless of course AGS, discontinues its Claim.!
J1 of course there is stuff I dont know and with my postings, I may end up looking like a goose. If I'm wrong I'm going to be one happy goose, though lol.
A lot agree with positive posts on here(thumbs up). Are they right or living in hope?. Do they know what the other Party is doing? Time will tell.!
I also know that with all our posts we are going around in circles and some cant handle that! To each their own though.imo
