Yep, I agree (!). We do need a means of pursuing wrongdoing. Tell me will your proposal handle past misdeeds - for example the Wheat Board scandal, the suspected conspiracy to break the law on the waterfront and the absolutely disgraceful episode of committing our troops to war on false pretenses?
