You are dreaming mate, Todd effectively all but controls the company, and it's recent effort in revamping the board demonstrates it is keen to use CUE as a long term investment. Todd are a VERY successful long term O&G investor in NZ, and as far as I am aware CUE represents their only such investment outside NZ.
More likely IMHO to see a major acquisition accompanied by a rights issue, and with Todd creeping up it's level of control if anything.
