"IMO, as a CTP shareholder, I have not been given a chance to exert my rights in any form while just one S/H arranges the "transformation" of CTP."

    Ravi,

What you have written above is a little over the top if you ask me. No one is removing your saying, or not to be able to exercise your rights, in any way or form. You still have the right to vote in favour of the resolution or against it. SIMPLE AS THAT!! That, IMHO, is just simple prognostication.

As for "Just one shareholders arranges the Transforamtion" as you wrote, it appears that you have forgotten the basic principles about starting something. Anything for that matter. And that is that there is always one person the start the game, (any game for that matter) and kick the ball into the field of play. It is up to all the others if they want to join in and play or leave the ball to be rolling away.

And IMHO, that is all CB has done.

Besides, it is also very evident that there is just more than him, arranging the transformation that you are alluding to. There are some big holders in there which obvioulsy aren't very happy either.

I don't agree with you at all with that one.

    Cheers,
    Buddy134
