What are you doing other than having a good whine. If you were happy with status quo and the 4cent share price then vote for the status quo. All cb has done is provide an opportunity for you to vote in a change if you think that's better. May not be perfect and a resolution may turn out different to status quo snd cb's proposal but at least he's galvanised some change and given you a voice and i don't see anyone else in this sorry bunch of shareholders doing anything.
