MGX chart does look bad and it has no similarities to AGO chart at all (as somebody mentioned above).

Fundamentals (except of the management) look ok.
I do not have this stock but I would not buy yet - there is a risk that SP will not stop until hitting ~ 90c level. But of course it might not...

From my experience with other companies : good and reliable management is the MOST important factor in ANY company.

Question is : why, after so many months, the top 3 shareholders, having enormous power (65%), did NOTHING so far to acquire some quality management ? And this is a worry because there might be a completely different game behind the scenes of which we, ordinary shareholders, are not aware of ...
