It's just churners flipping the stock... if they've got less money to churn with, then naturally the stock trading price will decline. You won't see much change in the top20.
My expectation for the IO price is to average about $125/t, this is essentially the average cost to production for the Chinese IO miners, so should act as a floor for the spot price.
