    all the preparation work would be well under way....for the ipo...

    but a trade sale may well still emerge...


    in both cases...Tony won't want any Tax liabilities falling into this financial year......

    so NO trade sale contract would be signed until after June 30

    He won't want any IPO profits falling into this Tax year either......

    But as I said all the work would be well and finished to ensure either of the above happen after june 30 2012.....

    Give the TAX man as little as possible......
