My 2 cents worth.

From the outset I believe this was a delaying tactic by mmk. Why pay for something now when u can pay less (due to interest n working out a better interest rate) later for the same product.

The delay will be one of three things
A) ta has fallen over - less likely
B) a generic statement, mmk is still working with management n confident it will over come this court action. - quite possible
C) the injunction is lifted and ta back on on a delayed time frame. - quite possible
