    Hi Brad

Putting money in small O&G Companies is not unlike a yatch race you look out to see where the wind is blowing and you head there hoping it gives you the edge.

We have headed to the Permian for that wind and now were there we have to get the best out of it. Judging by some of the posts were going to lose a few men overboard.

As a shareholder here is a few questions you could ask yourself.

1:Is the company in a better position than when it started its adventure in the Permian six months ago.

2: Do you have confidence in the Management.

3: Do you believe the wells will flow.

4: Do you believe in the Permian story and feel there is a future there.

5: Do you have whats needed to stick out the ups and downs of the sector.

6: Are you in a financial position to ride out storms.

Depending on how one feels about these and many more questions will dictate if one stays the course or not and unfortunately its totally up to the individual.

To me Im very comfortable with all six on the checklist.

At the moment the Sharemarkets are in a downturn and so is the price of oil its affecting most oilers and were unlikely to be an exception.

The problem for a lot of holders is updates but sometimes you have to be carefull of what you wish for.
Once your on the update bandwagon everyone thats not telling you what you want to hear is a bad one and that will apply if its weekly or monthly.
If you revisit what updates weve had you will find a lot there.

Like Acreage I love researching as it helps increase Knowledge generally and I am happr to share what I can.

All the best and I hope you can stay on board.

    Cheers Whisky
