IMO looking at the pattern I think it will.
No-one wants in at the moment but many will jump ship if chunks of 1.2c ar taken.
Just looking at the short term sp action. My observations have nothing to do with what HAW should be worth, and that is a lot more. But then there are no 'should haves' or 'could haves' in this crazy market. We win some and we lose some. We just try to win more!
